Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved for YOU, if you cannot make your scheduled appointment time PLEASE cancel within 48 hours of appointment. This allows enough time for clients on the waiting list to be contacted and that time to be filled. If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours, there will be a 50% charge of the service.
Late Policy
In order to complete a service please do not be more than 15 minutes late.
No Show Policy
No Show-No Excuse
No Showing an appointment will be a 100% charge of the service that was scheduled and any future appointments will be booked with a credit card.
Please be respectful of other clients that are on the waiting list and of my time.
My Promise Policy
I will be on time for your scheduled service or you will be notified by me personally if I am more than 5 minutes late.
